I think all the bundles include phone service, since Verizon is the phone company. It’s like all the cable bundles include cable TV service. You can get it without phone service, but you’ll pay more, probably like $20 a month more.

You can get a netbook for under $200 yourself if you look around the internet. It’s hardly worth signing up for 2 years of service when you don’t even know if you’re going to like the service, especially if you have to take features you don’t need in order to get it for “free”.
