Doesn’t matter. They are going to charge you for “Data storage”.
I checked it out.
Better off buying another laptop.
You have to agree toa 2 year deal. the compeuter will cost you $1200

So what’s the real advantage of this one then?

Just purchased the laptop yesterday. For $40 you get 250 mega bites. After serching the web and logging onto my bank account I already used 93 mega bites. I am so upset. I dont have alot of knowledge about mega bites. They said as long as my kids dont play games or you dont download you should be ok. I’m mad.

I already use the Verizon Internet card for my current laptop. I spend $59.00 plus, plus a month for internet. Is there additional charges if I buy this mini laptop?

If you have your own wireless internet at home, you can use that when you’re there instead of burning through the Verizon megabytes. Same with using a free wifi connection at different places, like Starbucks or something. That way, you’re saving your 250 megabytes for when you’re out. I was planning to get this netbook anyway, so to me, it’s just a bonus that for $40 a month, we can use it anywhere.

Sounds like a horrible deal. You’re better off buying a smart phone instead of this unpractical device. I have all the bells and whistles that this thing has(and probably more) on my T-mobile G1. I’m even writing this comment on it. Plus its my mp3 player, my gps, video camera, barcode scanner, and it even has a metal detector.
