You can log into your wireless router and look it up under the Wireless Settings tab.
You can log into your router if you know the user-name and password combination to it, and if you know the IP address of the router via your web browser.
From the START menu, go to RUN and type in CMD, then click OK
A black DOS box appears. Type in IPCONFIG and hit the ENTER key. he line that says “Default gateway” will have an IP address at the end (usually 192.168.1.1) and this is the address to enter into your browser to access the router.
Once you enter the address in the router, a login box should appear. Again, you will need to know what the login name and password are. there are some defaults, usually admin/admin, admin with no password, administrator and password, etc. It sounds like Verizon provides your modem, and they should be able to give you the proper login.
Once in the router, you want to look at the wireless settings tab. the pass phrase should be plainly visible there.
