dell mini notebook or Hp2133 ?

I like hp because windows vista. Can you get a dell with windows vista. Also can you use hp2133 or dell for homeschooling.

I have a dell mini with Ubuntu installed, I freakin love it!!

you can put way better stuff into the HP, but it can cost like $800 with all the best stuff. You cannot buy the mini 9 with vista on it since the hardware in it is not good enough for vista. And, both can be used for homeschooling.
