Verizon told me that this is a fairly common problem with the Chocolate and then referred me to a help page on Microsoft.com. I followed their directions and I still have problems. When I connect my USB cable, the computer makes the sound like it's conected and then my phone says that I need to connect or check my connections. I have also tried using the Mini SD, but my computer doesn't take any action. Also, I can't find an option to download to the SD on Windows Media Player 11. I have formatted the card on my phone.
