It depends on the format your video content is in.  Your Razr may only be compatible with MP3/MP4 formats or with windows media format.  You will want to double check your owners manual.  Say your phone is windows media compatable, you will only be able to view videos in this format on your phone.  As for recording lengths, yes you can extend the recording time when you have a memory card.  When in the video setting, you should be able to go to options and change the settings to allow up to the cards available memory.  Hope this helps!</description>
